Yamaha MSP5 Monitors

I've always wanted to buy Yamaha NS 10's for mixing, but now I see the new MSP5's are out and wonder if they're comparable. Since they're powered I could save some bucks over buying a good amp in addition to the NS 10's.
Any thoughts?

I have the P5's and they are shockingly awsome!! I used the 10's in the university studio and to be honest...if you are using the P5's for a very small sized studio set-up, they are the mutts nuts!! The 10's are good, but i just liked the P5's better for some reason.

the only thing i would say to get as an addition, is a nice monitor sub. I bought a fostex and it makes the world of difference.
