Yamaha mixer support

WOW. I was blown away today. I emailed Yamaha support this morning with a question about my Yamaha MG86CX mixer. Their auto reply said they try to answer with 24-48 hours.

Within a couple of hours the PHONE RANG and it was a Yamaha support tech calling with all the answers to my questions and affording me the opportunity for me to ask quite a few more questions that would not have been possible via email.

AMAZING in today's world of little or no tech support!!

Kudos to Yamaha!!!
 
Lucky you I tried to get support from yamaha a couple of weeks ago, still waiting.

I'm probably just unlucky :)
 
You always have to sign your emails with a woman's name when contacting tech support.
You'll get a call very, very quickly for some reason. ;)
 
Got a follow-up email survey from Yamaha today. It wanted me to rate varous aspects of my contact and their response. I obviously gave them excellent scores!!
