Yamaha MG12/4 Soundcraft E6

I've heard a lot of positive talk about the Yamaha MG mixers and wondered how they compared to the Soundcraft E series and M series.

The Yamaha is 1/3 the price of the Soundcraft stuff. Do you think the pres are that much better in the Soundcraft for the money when the mix is done and effects are added?

No experience here with the Soundcraft but I have the 12/4 and would have no hesitation in recommending it

Does anyone else have any input on how the Yamaha MG compairs for the Soundcraft E and M series.

Is it enough to pay twice the money for? I've always used Soundcraft.

Again I can't compare but the Yamaha series mixers are very cool.
