yamaha 03d and 01v

yamaha 03d and yamaha 01v(silver)

anyone got any info on these mixers, seriously thinking of buying the 01v but the 03d is tempting too

are they worth buying for home studio projects( i know its hard to tell from a picture but generally speaking...)
