Yamaha 02R as a control surface for Cubase SX

Hi I have a Yamaha O2r V2 and need to know if it can be used as a controll surface for Cubase sx, using the 02R faders to control the SX mixer. I have midi being transmitted and recieved from the 02r and have had single fader on the 02r controlling a single fader on the SX mixer. The problem is that thats all it will do as the 02r faders all transmit on one selected midi channel
(as far as I can see in the 02r programmable mixer setting) Any help with this would be great as I may have to change my desk if I cant get it working.

Hi, I have worked it out and the answer is yes, simple set the 02r into general midi mode with the midi button and it transmits and recieves midi on a different midi channel to and from each fader to cubase faders, its as easy as that.
