XP - SB Audigy Plat EX - Cakewalk

Having trouble with getting my Sound Blaster Audigy Plat EX to work with CalkWalk Home Studio. Works fine and then freezes when I open CalkWalk.
Tech support guys want to pass the buck.

Any ideas or similar prolems???

i really don't have a clue, but i'd make sure the audigy was set for 16 bit , if i were walking in on your setup.....there should be adeeequate WDM drivers , ASIO , MME and all that for XP and the Audigy..not sure where the latest version of home studio is on drivers.
