WTB: Equipment Rack

Say Something Smart!
I'm looking for a rack to house my Yamaha MG12/4 mixer and Hafler TA1600 Amp.
Any idea how many spaces the mixer is? It appears to be about 8, and the amp is 2, and I'd like a couple between them, so at least a 12-space would be good.

I'm looking to spend around $100.
