Anyone got a bass I could purchase to use (as a backup) for teaching lessons? I don't even need the fucker to work really. As long as the student is plugged in - I can just show them technique. The cheaper - the better!

My real bass gets used a lot for various projects (don't know why really...).

Anyway - if anyone has anything like this - please let me know. We can haggle over price and and shipping methods and stuff. It'll be fun!

I have this Mako P-Bass that needs a loving home. I upgraded all the way to a Squier. ;)

The Mako is playable, and is actually intonated fairly well. The action is a little high in the highest frets, which I can't seem to fix with a truss rod adjustment (the rod is probably not functioning, but the neck is solidly attached :D ). $65, shipped, in the US.

Ha! I have a Treepeople CD.
I haven't listen to that in years!!

Yeah, they were cool. But, don't overlook the other great collectable stickers on this bass from Built to Spill, Newbury Comics, and the ever-popular USGA.

I'm consulting my magical bank account to see if it will grant me this wish.
Please hold.....
