WTB: BNC Ts and terminator

Or if you can just recommend a place that sells them cheap and doesn't charge a fortune for shipping in the US. I need two Ts and one terminator. Actually, if there's a male BNC coupler out there, I would like one of those, too. The ProFire 2626 already has a breakout cable, so it seems kinda silly to hook a cable to that cable when I could just use a coupler (unless that is a bad idea for some reason).
 
I just went through this. Had to hook up like 6 items via BNC to sync their word clocks. Got my cable, Ts, and terminators from these folks:

I know I spend extra for extra fast shipping (needed it next day) but as I recall they had lots of shipping options.
 
They don't specify, but am I to assume that they are all 75 ohm, then?
