I suppose it could build your endurance and you might be able to hold notes longer.

Yes!

If you want to improve your body and your vocal skills. SING while doing cardio.

Lol @ pro-hormones. It's 2004 all over again. People still fall for that pro-hormone crap?

I am a amateur bodybuilder and gymnast, been training for 2,5+ years and it didn't change my voice one bit. The thing that changed my voice was puberty, vocal training and lessons.

Go work out and don't worry!

Yes!! certain "working out " things have a DEF inate effect on the voice

I was a cross country runner and studying ballet(they have you suck in the diaphragm) ..and basically gave both of them up for my vox

running./any real over aerobic jumping ( I hike and sweart now or swim with my head/ears out of the water)..makes the diaphragm very tight...and the vocal can tend to be high, i.e. not from the gut

Bicycling....use to do alot of that too,,,but you scrunch the diaphragm also..reclining bikes are good

now all of these activities are totally fine if you are not a vocal freak, or if you do them in "moderation"
