Massive snare & almost MIA kick (partilly buried by keyboard and bass) - doesn't work for me.
Tell the singer it's not "should of" but "should've".
Otherwise the mix isn't bad - needs de essing on a few shs in the choruses.

Thanks ray. I'm glad my snares are finally coming out massive. I brought the kick up and hit it a lil harder with a soundtoys decapitator and put a de-esser on the vocals. It's too late to retrack vocals unfortunately.

Party Demon Mix - interesting soft part so raw and real - too much reverb on the vocals for me (maybe need something less obvious). The vocals can use a little push on the fader for me, especially in the loud parts. Doubled vocals? Guitars, bass and drums sound really good - you've got a great mix there. Trim off the ending - which I would have ended with the loud part as it kind of drops the energy

Thanks ido! I did a lot of pre production with the drums, bass and guitar. So once it was in the box there was not a ton that I needed to do. I see what you mean about the reverb. The client was complaining about the vocals on that track not sounding thick enough. Maybe some delay or something would sound thicker and more subtle. The vocals are doubled in the chorus but in the verses I felt it took away that raw vibe. Thats an interesting idea about cutting off the ending. It isn't my song so its not really up to me but I can suggest it to the artist.
