won't burn

Everytime i save a track and try to burn it it dosn't work
Anyone know what format i need to save it in to be able to burn a cd.
I also need help on configuring Qbase.
AS you can tell i'm new to this.

You need to export as a "Stereo Interleaved" .wav or .aiff (depending on if you're on a PC or MAC, respectively) with a bit-depth of 16-bits and a sample rate of 44100.

you have to set your left and right locators before you export to audio mixdown
