I wonder how long it will be unti more people start producing the Firewire audio interfaces with 4 ins and outs that are cheaper than the 8's! The that means I will be able to afford a 8 in and out then istead of a mixer straight into my mini jack! 
not the best set up in the world but it works and the quality is good enuff!
