I just got a guitar wireless, but the transmitter just has a belt clip on it. Any suggestions for something to hold it securely on my strap? besides ducttape?

i had ...

this same question awhile back never got a real good answer ...i have seen a holder that velcros around your strap and the transmitter sits in it like a cell phone does, but i never could find it listed anywhere ...i saw it in a new product listing as coming soon but can't remember the company

Or you could go ghetto and glue a strip of velcro to the back of the transmitter. Then clip the belt clip on the strap and wrap the velcro around the strap.

i dunno if i'd trust that! i jump around a LOT on stage and want to be able to do the flip the guitar over your shoulder around your back trick without worrying about it coming loose!

the duncan thing looks great though! i'll probably order that tonite! thanks!

Everyone who throws their guitar around uses black gaffers tape. It is kind of like duct tape but doesn't leave a residue and is easier to work with. it is more expensive.

Yeah, if you throw around your guitar, you HAVE to tape that sucker on or it will go flying. I suggested the velcro because I don't really have any crazy antics myself...I just play and headbang :D

could anyone suggest a wireless system for someone who knows nothing about them? (...me)
how much would a decent system cost?
