Wireless Monitors for Laptop?!

Yo....

Does anyone know if these exist? I just bought a laptop (1.7ghz 512mb 20gb 7200rpm) that I will be doing some recording on, and I need something small and portable (I will be traveling a bit and space is very limited) to hook up to it. Wireless speakers will work as well. If these are not available, then what would some of ya'll nice folks recommend for laptop recording...again, try to keep it compact. My budget is unlimited - just mention anything that you can think of to go with a laptop. I will be recording through a mixer into the line-in on the soundcard.

Hey,

Yea, I am gonna be using some cans to help mix, but I will be using the monitors for more than just recording. I looked around a bunch and couldn't find any wireless speakers for laptops. I have wi-fi wireless, which I already use with a mouse/printer and I really hope I can find some nice speakers that will connect via this connection.

P.S. Any of you guys have any recommedations for earbuds....just for listening pleasure not recording.

Well, you could try something like this...

It runs on 12volts so you could power it with your car on the go.
You can use walkmans for headphone amps and any nearby stereo can be your monitors...

You can buy it assembled but you have to sign a form... ( I assembled mine.)

Is this the most HiFi solution possible, no... but it's easy, and if you are using the laptops 1/8 plug out, it should be fine.







Plus... who doesn't want their own Pirate radio station....
