Windows XP

Does anyone know what recording programs are XP compatible?
and, a little detail about them.

I know Logic Audio is....5.0v

Excellent program, I use it and it works well and optimized for XP

But you gotta be willing to part with 700 bucks
And thats just for the software.
I hav'nt done any research on any other programs.
 
Nuendo is, for me, I don't know if anyone having problems with it, but it works fine for me
 
I was just at the Cakewalk web site, and apparently SONAR works with Windsows XP. Does anyone have any experiecnce with SONOR.

I'm planning on hooking my ADAT up to my computer to dump tracks I've recorded onto it. My new computer is running Windows XP. Then I would use the computer to mix on the program. Also, I suppose I'll need an interface as well?.....any help, advice is appreciated.
