The other day I was using Nuendo and a blue screen came up saying preparing for bulk dump and to restart if this is your first time seeing this message and when I restart my hardrive is not being reconized and is saying I/O sector error after post performs. If I do a chkdsk it corrects some file then it will work for maybe an hour and you get the blue screen again. What is going on ????

Sounds like you've got a hard drive that's going south. Chkdsk is correcting some of the corruption, but other sectors are probably failing, and total hard drive failure is probably imminent. Backup your data NOW and replace the Hard Drive.

Usually it tells you where the error ocurred - often a driver of some sort. At this point it's kinda hard to diagnose the problem, but it could range from a bad hard drive to a bad power supply to a registry error.
