i tried setting window display setting to as big as i can see easily
and it has advance tab under to change font
and again i tried set it to bigger than 150%
now everything is bigger than the screen
and i can't change the setting right now at this size
cos all the parameter ( the scroll bar to change size )
and advance tab got stuck under the screen no matter how i tried to drag the box up to see them
it won't go high enough for me to see the tabs
let alone change them
please help
cos working in cakewalk right now is like
attaching my eyes close to screen
thnx in advance

Have you tried right-clicking on the desktop and changing your screen resolution manually? I run at 1024 x 768 which is fine, just fine.

Are you saying the screen font is so big now that you can't get to the buttons in the display properties box to make changes? Try what klytus said, and change the resolution to as high as the video adapter will let you and that should allow you to see the advanced tab. After you change the font back to something more acceptable, you can change the resolution back as well.

If you still can't see the Advanced button when you max out the resolution, try hitting F8 when the computer first says loading Windows and then select safe mode so you can at least see the screen. If you can't change what you need to from safe mode, then you can always change the display adapter back to standard VGA and it might reset whatever you did by changing the font. Then you could change back to you regular video card driver and it should be back to the standard font size. There's probably and easier way to do this, but not that I can think of right now.

It's a bit dodgy, but once you have changed the resolution (the slider control thing), the OK button is 5 tabs away (ie: hit the TAB key five times, then hit OK). Try and find a picture of the creen in a manual od something.

It's just a lot easier to load Windows in Safe Mode and change it that way though.
