under win2000 how do i clear things from starting up on my start up?

Yeah, it's a bummer

Win2k doesn't ship with msconfig. You have two options:

1.copy msconfig from your Win98 CD onto your windows computer
(I really wouldn't recommend doing this but you can get some things to work)

2. Go here, and get a free msconfig equivalent for Win2k

Here ya go. Extract the file into your \winnt folder and run from command line (WinKey+R)
