My son has a MIJ strat w/ a wilkinson bridge. When he went to replace a broken 1st str the internal piece was wedged and won't come out or allow the installation of the 1st string. I have removed the adjustable claw and tried to tap the inner piece out w/o success. Any advice from wilkenson/ strat users out there???
