wich program support VST plug-ins for Realtime effects Recording ?

Its not the OS, its the recording program you use that offers real-time effects.

I mean :

i have some VST plug-ins, and i wan to process the effects from the "Line In" in realtime, before the recording.

Well i have a cakewalk 2004 and supports what you mean.....
I enable input monitoring and choose directly for directx plugins and VST wrapper for VST plugins......

but i dont use this features for it will cause a feedback and encounter some delays when playing sounds.
 
Logic Audio 4.7 and up supports real time effects so as long as you have a high end PC. At least 2.4 gig CPU, 512 ram and up.
