Wholly crap! what happen

Ok im used to using Cubase SX 1, now I went out and bought Nuendo 3 and I love it but I dont know how to turn off the audio warp/ time stretching!
Everytime I load in a clip, the pitch automatically changes.
Everytime I export audio it changes completely! Does anyone know how to take this off? Im no newbie, im just not familiar with these features at all.

I had this happen on import on SX3 never export, the cause was I was recording at 48/24 when I ripped a 16 bit file into Cubase it was faster than the CD.

yep, it sounds like your sampling rates are not in sync somewhere.
