Who makes shoulder strap harnesses for playing keyboard standing onstage?

I assumed you were referring to a "keytar". Those used guitar straps. There are some brackets with strap pins you can attach, or may have to DIY your own.

It was a shoulder harness that looked like a shelf in front of your waist. Or two prongs of a forklift. It was a portable table you wore that could support a +30lb keyboard. It distributed the weight across the body and laid flat.

Yeah i think that is what it was. An adapted bass drum rig for marching. It had an extension that held the keyboard further out from the body.
