I have used them before. Personally I do not care for them (and that is not because they say Behringer on them). They are a little noisy, and they do change the way your track sounds. The low end tends to loosen up and get muddy, and the highs seem stringent and dull at the same time. The Behringer DI circuit has been "modeled" after the BSS ar133 DI design. The single channel boxes even look the same. However, having used both and done direct comparisons, there is a HUGE difference in sound quality between the two. A bad DI is just like a bad preamp. It will bottleneck your sound and limit the quality of everything going through it. Having said that though, you can get a 4 channel Behringer DI for less than the cost of a single channel of BSS.
