who do i have to propose my sh*t to?

Hi I’m an italian HipHop Dj/Producer.
I’ve been working with Italian rapper for long time , but here in Italy , Music Market it’s just a sh*t. You can’t live with it. Particularly HioHop it’s like non-existent. Italy doesn’t have background and culture in HipHop.
People who worked with me think I have talent in producing/beatmaking/arranging. I’m a pianist too.
Now , to sum up the situation , which is the right road for me? Or better how can I propose myself to any international label or international talented artist?

Get a manager if you dont have one already.Post some examples of your music on the net.Get a soundclick page or get your own web site.Keep pushing and don't stop promoting your music.You will get out only what you put in.They have hip hop forums from around the world that rappers go to.Promote there.
