WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE?
 
Neither. Both are overkill for recording vocals one track at a time. Get a small preamp and an Audiophile card and you'll spend half the money and have all the features you need. There are many other choices too that have one or two preamps built in that are well below the cost of either of these units.
