Which sounds better: v1 or v2?

Well the second one is definitely over-compressed, but I sort of like what it did to the drums... not the other instruments though. Here's what I think needs to happen:

1. Either turn down the kick track or EQ out some of the click. It's a bit too clicky for this style of music IMO.
2. Turn off the master bus compressor and add a compressor to the drum bus instead. That way the drums will still have that great compressed sound but the other instruments won't be so squashed.
3. Maybe turn down the snare a bit too depending on how it sounds after the drum bus compression.
 
Definitely moving in the right direction. I feel the mix is a bit dark now and still seems to be missing some sort of fullness... but I can't quite but my finger on it. But these are really nitpicky comments - the mix is actually really great, and maybe somebody else here could give it a listen and try to help a bit to describe what I'm hearing. Great work! :D
 
I think it seems to lack fullness because the third version is simply quieter than the second. I also like the punchiness of the drums in the second version, but overall I think version three is the best.

Maybe you could turn down the kick a bit and add some low end oomph to it around 40-80 Hz.

Also I think it could benefit from turning up the overheads as well.
