Which sound card?

I have a Behringer Eurorack MXB1002, I want to use it to mix all instuments and mics and record it through cool edit pro. What sound card ($200 range) would be acceptable for such a setup. I only need to record two tracks at a time, but not important. Low niose and good sound are the most vital.
