Which PCI sound card

I am looking at two sound cards to replace my audigy 2 ZS

Which one is better for low latency for say using a USB MIDI controller?

These are the cards:-
M-Audio Audiophile 24/96

Infrasonic Quartet 4x4 24/196

And will either be fine in games.

I've used the M-Audio 2496 for years.

Solid as a rock, never a days trouble.

Sounds good and not expensive.

5 stars in my book.
