Which is right for me?

I need a soundcard for transfer of audio from an analog 8-track recorder's rca outs into my computer (pc/n-track studio) for mixing/editing.

I need to be abe to record 8 separate tracks at once.
I will probably have to get this used, as I'm not looking to spend more than $200

I would recomend: save just a little more and buy the M-Audio Delta1010
Or something else
