There are a lot of different utilities out there for Dual Booting.

What are members on here using for their Dual Booting set-ups?

I'm looking to add another 98SE install inaddition to my existing 98SE, just for running VST32 V5.1, and then possibly to try XP at a later date.

I've been looking at AddaWins (98SE+98SE), OSL2000 (AnyWins), GAG.
May consider BootMagic, Acronis, System Commander etc.

I'm going to need management software as I want two installs of 98SE now and the option of adding XP at a later date.

Overwhelmed

Never mind, I sorted it.

I ended up with a spare HD so I tried a virgin install of 98SE and 5.1 ran purrfectly.

As for Dual Boot I got XP Pro and that "dual booted" fine on top of 98SE.

After not finding a satisfactory solution to my plan to have two installs of 98SE and one of XP together I've changed to just one of each which is easy to arrange.

5.1 works fine in this OS also.
I managed a short loan of SX and this works well.
I've had to give it back but I may get it in the future.
Very much like Nuendo isn't it?
I don't like the fact that Wavelab can't run inside Cubase SX.

So the bottom line was that the soundcard (ST Audio DSP2000) drivers didn't like the heavily updated and antivirused 98SE (even with the AV disabled in the Startup Menu).
