Which Audio Interface should I use? Please help!

I want to record my synth as audio, bass as audio, and also have a midi hookup available. I'll be running Cubase 6...Which audio interface would offer me all that with a budget of $500-600?

There are several in that price range. You can get a USB-2-midi cable for under $20 on ebay so don't limit yourself requiring midi in your interface. I recently got the tascam us-800 and its been real easy to use with great sound quality and 6 mic/line inputs plus midi.
