which antivirus do you use?

That's the right answer. And also knowing not to open attachments other than photos, even from people you know.

I run DeMuDi linux and pretty much ignore viruses and spyware... :)

though it took me 16 hours to learn it saves 4 hours a week in maintenance...
 
I use nod32, what the Army in Europe uses. The best AV around, period. uses very little resources, and is a virus stopper from hell.

AVG really is quite good -particularly the SOHO version.
I've read that seveal other BIG NAME Anti Virus floggers actually buy their patches & so forth from AVG's parent.
It's been very successful with daily scheduled upgrades & scans for my purposes (2 comps linked to ADSL). I don't, however, have my music comps on line.
 
I use norton 05, some people say it slows your pc down but I haven't noticed anything on this one. I "acquired" the full suite if you know what I mean.
I had AVG for a while on my last pc but it never did the job very well.

I use adaware as well.
 
NOD32! it's really a good one. I don't remember being stabbed since ages. And needs litle resources too which is good when audio applications are involved on internet pluged machine.

None on my music comp, but my general use one I just use Norton System.
