hello,
I'll be buying 703 for my bedroom this week (which is also my control room).
I'll use this room model to start with:
http://www.realtraps.com/art_studio1-big.gif
altough my room is about 12"x10" and is rectangular. I suppose the bass traps on this design are the ones shown here:

1-Is this model as good as just placing 4" fiberglass in the corners like we see typically. If it absorbs just as well it will cost a lot less since it's made with 1" fiberglass, and will be much more convenient since my door is 15" from the corner.
2-the absorbers on the btplan.gif are made with 1" 703, and in the art_studio design, it is said to use 2" fiberglass. Here I suppose that the gap between the wall and fiberglass compensate for the 1" less 703?
3-am I right if I place mid/high absorbers behind my monitors and high absorbers on the sides of the room? Is there better placement I should use?
Enough from now. thanx a lot and sorry for using links rather than pictures
