once you spend morethan 500 its no longer a hobby. 4 g's latter and still shopping lol

It started out as a hobby, but became an addiction. And like 20 was saying, I'm pretty much invested in it now. But my investment has taken me place I never could've imagined. I love this game!!!!

1.First mixtape release under My Production Company Ill Soul Productions, next week Friday!

2.Will be pumpin out mixtapes as well as albums all year long

I think im here for the long haul ya'll!!

word to that,

it gets to a point where you invested enough money to where there is no turning back, anything less of being able to support yourself would be a failure and failure is not an option.

I'm in it because i love making music. making money would be nice.
but i dont really care about getting rich.
Being able to self sustain off my music would be the ideal situation.
If my music pays for me to make more music. I have succeded.

I dont know where it'll take me. I wont let myself build my hopes it.
I'm just do it, have fun doing it, and see where it takes me.

I can second them thoughts...

Used to be just a hobby but it turned into more when I got better and realized I had a gift

You must be a really lucky guy to be so sure of your gift... I question my creative justification all the time.... Maybe I'm misunderstanding...

As far as the prompt goes... I see my music taking me where it will... I don't think I want to be so concrete about my goals... I'll leave that to the business types... My music has taken me random places so far... If one of those random places ends up being the top of the game... Then so be it...

Good thread!

Was a hobby. But, now it's my job. I don't have any other job then working in music. Everyday I am happy to go to work and do what I love at the same time.

I'm doing good with my business, but I have a back up if it doesn't work out...

Ya, it's great, but also hard work. You get back in what you put into it.
