WHere to Download CE..?

WHere can I download a "FULL VERISON" of cool edit....I downloaded the trial version, and all the functions are disabled!!(With all the functions disabled...it is no difference than the "recorder" program that comes with window!)

Anyone know how can I get a full verison without paying the $100+..?

I don't mind if there is a time limit on it...if the program is good..i will buy it...I want to get to try all the features of the program...
 
Hey man, buy the whole program, support the great makers of it.

I've deleted a couple of posts from this thread. If you don't like what I did, feel free to complain. My 'editorial policy' in this forum is that this forum supports the purchase of it from Syntrillium, and doesn't support piracy. Hope you don't feel that's too heavy-handed, but there it is.
 
Acually Dobro I agree with deleting these posts. My post was an attempt at Sarcasm. Sorry if it came out wrong cause I am totally agains what the other thread said..
 
No, no - no need to explain, although I understand and accept what you're saying. (I wondered if you were taking the piss in your post :D) I haven't worked my way completely through the 'piracy' issue, and I respect anyone who knows how to think for their opinion and approach to the issue. But I think it's good to steer money toward Syntrillium, so I'm editing the forum the way I am these days. I'm not going to make everyone happy, but it's the best decision I know how to make right now.

I missed the *deleted* replies, bt that seems irrelevant to your original question.

Did you figure out why you can't download the 21-day trial edition and actually get the features to run for the 21-days? I like CEP. But, it isn't everyone's application of choice. I bought a second copy from someone who preferred CuBase, because all his friends use it. It made a nice Christmas present to a friend who also likes CEP, but was running a hacked version. I also believe Syntrillium should be justly compensated for their efforts.

Maybe, you should call the tech support line and talk to them. There might be something on your system from another Syntrillium product keeping you from testing it out.
 
All I know is if you download the trial version and get used to using it you will be addicted. You will buy it after the trial is up because it becomes something you cannot live without!

So, were you able to get the trial to actually work? If so, what was the problem with all the functions being disabled?
