Hi, I was hoping someone could help me locate a place to purchase a MindPrint Envoice at a decent price. I have seen them sell for as low as $400 (at Guitar Centers), but I have also seen people post that they bought them for $199 at blowout prices before. Used is ok, but I want to keep the price at $250 or below. Also hoping to purchase in the U.S., but that's not as important. So hopefully someone can help me out, thanks for your time!

there is one on ebay right now man
6 days left..... $230
Mindprint En-Voice

I watched Ebay for some time and recently picked one up for $301US. I never see them being sold second hand on my side of the pond, so I had to buy from the US and pay for the shipping. Hopefully it will arrive in the next few days.

Got mine from Banjo Mart for $200 WITH the digtal output option.:D

The reason I was prepared to pay the Ebay price is that new here they have a list of $1145 Aust (approx $750US) and the best street price I found was equivalent to $450US.

I think mine (new) cost abt $900AUD ausrock - Allen's Music in Sydney had/has them. Enquired about the digital output bit but the distributor didn't stock it. Think that was Sound and Music in Melbourne, from memory. I've had mine about a year I think.

When you get yours and have a play, post your thoughts - seeing we now will both have a Mindprint, MXL603s and Maton guitars, be interested in hearing how they work for you!

Cheers

Hey Armi,

Will do.

BTW, I'm still enjoying your CD but I will have to clear the songs off NWR shortly.

hey guys --

have you checked out your MindPrints? I am asking coz I will be travelling to Germany soon, where they are cheap (they are built in Germany). How "good" are they? I have a Focusrite Green ... is the Envoice in the same league?

Don't count on that.
Being built in that country doesn't mean that they come cheap.
I've seen them in Germany for €466,- and the dollar is very weak lately so add 15-20% to get it to dollars. Not to mention taxes when you bring it into the US...

There were several on the German Ebay site which sold for around EUR 300 in the last few days

Could anyone tell me how they sound and if they are any good?

Gig,

I haven't given mine any serious use yet as I only powered it up briefly on a temp 110V supply...............I hope to finish making a 6 outlet rackmounted 110V supply today..................so I won't presume to pass comment, other than to say that after they first came out, there were quite a few seriously good reviews in magazines, etc. It may be worthwhile checking out Harmony Central to see if there are any user reviews there.
