WHERE TO BEGIN WITH MY small RECORDING SPACE?

The only available space that I have is very small. The entire room is
12'x13' with a 3ft. deep, 4ft. wide open closet space on the east wall.
There are two windows. one the West wall and one on the North wall.
The walls and ceiling are thick. I will only be recording guitars in this room. I've done a little research for low budget treatment, but I could use some suggestions-anything!!!! does anyone know any books/websites to help me out?
