Ok... so Alesis filed for bankruptcy...

Numark bought them out...

Alesis kept their semiconductor business...

Alesis sold off their parts warehouse...

Web site went down...

Web site moved and came back up...

WHAT ON EARTH!?!?! Does anyone know what exactly the future intent of Alesis is going to be? Should we be hoarding the parts for our units for fear that they will cease to exist?

Not meaning to cause panic... just thoroughly confused as to what they are doing.

I think some electronic repair company bought all the parts (lots and lots of parts!) and even then as long as there is money to be made with things like replacment componets they will always exist as long as the demand is reasonably high.

How many Adats are there out there??? Hmmm....
