Where can I get the M-Audio D-sub midi interfaces?

Well, anyone seen them recently? Or is there a more economical alternative? USB? Internal on a soundcard (cause im buying a secong to link to my Delta 410)? Thanks

What are you looking for? I'm familliar with Dsub and Midi but not a device using them both.
