I want to download the cep2 manual in pdf format so I can print it and reference it.

There's an HTML file in the CEP folder- You can open it in Word (or you might need to copy and paste, but I doubt it) and print from there-
BUT, the printed manual for 2.0 is 308 pages- so you might want to rethink it. You might contact Adobe, and see if they'll sell you one for 20 bucks or so. (This was the initial benefit of buying the boxed version of 2.0, and not just a download.)

If my memory is correct, the help files in CEP2 are word for word the same as the printed manual, you aren't missing anything at all as far as info goes...

Get a copy of Audio Editing With Cool Edit Pro by Robert Riley. I use it a lot more than my CEP manual.
