i found it in ebay and the price is $1,194.99

some said that one can buy hr824 at $1000

where i can buy hr824 by 1000$ on internet?????

i can't buy local
 
I assume you mean a pair for $1,194?

I paid $1,150 for mine at Music Center Inc., a few years ago. So that $1,194 price is probably close to the bottom for a new pair.

oh and, ASP8 are definally consider pro monitors, i had it for two weeks before i got my 824s
all the store sales i have asked they all think ASP8 are better than 824s
and the store that also carries BM6a ... they think ASP8 are better as well...
try it! they are more middy and the bass sits back, plus they also have less mid bass, and they are not punchy. ...the super wide 3D sounding space to a point that i find it hard to listen and understand

I was not at all impressed with the ASP8's. They didn't sound bad to me, but just like all the other budget stuff in that range.

i get edgy buying really expensive stuff online that could pose me serious heartache if broken during shipping. a pair of $1k monitors broken by idiots at UPS would cause me to go on a rampage and kill.
