Where can I buy Cubase LE (4 or otherwise)

I want a cheap, cutdown copy of cubase to use as an audio editor, etc. THe only way I can get it is in a bundle with hardware, is it possible to buy it off the shelf? It cant cost that much. Ideally LE 4, as thats the most recent

The most stripped down version that is not bundled is Cubase Essential 4, which you can get for $149.
 
You can check ebay, sometimes people don't want the software that came with their device and they try to make a couple bucks. If you want a cheap editor, look into audacity (free) or a program like reaper or n-tracks.
