Where do you guys think I could get one of these...
http://www.dmx-r100.com/
...in America?

SONY has UK distribution of this bad ass desk from Total Audio Solutions. The price is 8,995 Pounds, but I was wondering what a Yank like myeslf would have to pay stateside.

Also, does anyone know anything about this mixer. All I know is that it LOOKS beautiful. I haven't read a product review of it anywhere and I have never seen one in a store so I have nothing to go on except its' extremely limited website.

What do you guys think about it. I am in the market for a good mixer, and although this guy is probably totally out of my price range, it is always helpful to compare as many things as possible.

But I need to find out where I could get on in the states first.

But... It's coming from Indonesia, from a seller with "0" feedback...:(

I would definitely do an escrow, to see it before you buy if possible.

And why do you want to find it in the states if your in Munich?

Jesus Subtractor... Now I see how you got such a high post count! :)

Only kidding.

The reason I want one in America is... #1 I am an American that will be opening shop in Atlanta. #2 European prices are 9x out of ten REDICULAS compared to what i would pay in the US market. With most semi-pro audio gear from the UK, you can almost take away the British Pound sign and replace it with the ol' $ sign.

For example a Logic Control from emagic costs around 850 British pounds. This is about $1,354 if you use the current exchange rate. but we all know that you can get a Logic Control for $950 in the US. That is a $404 difrference just because you bought it in the UK instead of America. If my mathematics are right, then that is a 30% mark up. So if this SONY desk costs 10,000 Pounds... I am hoping that it doesn't cost any more than $10,000. Then it would rival the Mackie d8b but appears to be a MUCH better product. But again... I have never seen one in reality. I'll save my true opinion until I have laid my hands on one in a shop.

Thanks for your help though.
