How do you go about purchasing 3.03?

I saw a message saying "to update, download current version and load over the top."

I just wanted to check before I load it.

How much does it cost prior registered users to "re-register"?

I'm pretty sure that the upgrade from 2 to 3 was like $24.

Now Flavio was offering a deal that if you bought 2.0 within a certain time of the release of 3.0, that you could get the 3.0 upgrade for free or cheaper or something like that. I don't remember the specifics.
