What's the difference?

Can someone tell me the difference between CEP 2.0 and CEP LE? I'm setting up a new computer specifically for recording and I have a copy of each version, 2.0 is just a demo but LE cmae with my interface. Would I be missing anything seriously important if I went with the LE version?
