what's the difference between us-122l and us-122mkii?

I couldn't find the answer (been looking for two hours or so) so I'm posting a new thread. Also : what is the Tascom's policy when it comes to warranty? Do I have any options of getting my stuff fixed if I have it brought from the US and I'm living in Europe?

I've received an official note from Tascam Support at last:
The US-122MKII is a cosmetic upgrade from the US-122L, as far as functionality they do the same thing.
