What's the Best Mic for Saxophones?

Okay,
Anybody out there have knowledge on micing saxophones? I'm looking to get the best mic for sax under $1,000 (including used). I already have a Rode NT2 that I'm happy with, but I want a 2nd mic so I can mic and blend mutiple positions.

An Electro Voice Re-20, or even better, a RE-27 n/d.

I've had other people recommend that one too. I've seen a number of people use it live (especially for bari sax 'cuz of the no D).
Do you have an opinion on a TLM193, Blueberry, or CAD VSM1?

I've seen and heard Steely Dan's brass section (trombones, trumpets, and saxes) use Shure KSM32s live; sounded very nice.
