for about one hundered (insert national currency here)

I'm just curious as I may have to record a one hand clapping orchestra

oh aye & my cat recently started writing songs I might want to record her album using the mic

I use an LDC with a foam windscreen, unpowered to record the sound of a tree falling with no one around to hear it. That might work for one hand clapping. It really doesn't work for me because when I DO power the mic I can always hear it falling. I'm pretty sure that skews the experiment because the tree knows someone is actually listening, so it HAS to make the noise. That's why I turn off thye phantom power. Then the tree knows no one is listening. Unfortunately... :o

is that LDC within a $£100euro budget.............

I was thinking of recording a pin dropping as well

It's V67G so I think that under £100. Heck, I think it weighs under a pound!

Maybe the gold grill is setting the tree off to it's presence! I hand thought of that! I need the V67 camoflauge!

..and why does everyone think they make a mic specifically for CATS???

If your mouse is blue, you should really see a doctor.

HEY it's an alien mouse that wrote a famous song that goes like...............

blue mouse, I saw you standing alone
without a cat on your back, without a tree of your own

whatever you do, don't use a pop screen. you will lose the presence of the wind as you woosh past your mic with your clapping hand.
