Whats on the card?

Looking at the image of MAudio by Midiman Delta DIO 2448 http://www.zzounds.com/a--2676837/love.music?p=p.THKMIMD482&z=1118526003571 I just can not stop wondering, what is on that card that worth $110? I see ONE chip. Actually two - there is another small one. Thats it. Just curious.

Thats a digital only card, and a very fine one.....only has a D/A converter.....$89 at Mars last time I checked.....
